Webinar for Taylor’s University AKPK Club: Women & Wealth

Taylor’s AKPK club has collaborated with Rotaract Club of Taylor’s Lakeside Campus and Dia/Them: Taylor’s Inclusivity Project to organise an online event to shine light on matters concerning women and wealth in conjunction with monthly Money Talk series. The club has invited Kimberly Law to share tips of personal financial management. She shared interesting facts that showed women generally save more for retirement compared to men. This boosted the confidence for the women audience. 

She also shared how important goal setting is in personal finance. Kimberly also touched on topics that can potentially harm your finances if not used properly such as loans. She touched on risk management where she highlights the different risk levels in a portfolio and adjustments to the current situation. She also advised them to get started now on their finances and get the right help.
